My lady and I loved the fact that we were originally placed in room 139 close to an exit, when we paid and went to drop off our things into the room it was a bit of a mess still, even when told about it.. they said it would be ready when came at check in, which was 2pm. When we went to the reception desk to discuss the situation we were approached by the owner himself which was a relief, he took the matters into his own hands and made the situation from a weird one to an excellent one. Changed us rooms and was very respectful about it. We don't remember his name. But we were moved to room 153. A beautiful room!! .. love the atmosphere there, thank you so very much for the support you showed us.

Very nice area, also near every store and food place! Love how the rooms comes with a mounted flat screen tv directly pointed at your bed while having all the streaming platforms to chose from! Beds are super comfortable with fresh clean sheets, not to mention how clean the rooms are too, pool area was a plus too, been there multiple times and never disappoints at all, staff are really chill laid back people, always there to help you out!

Everything including breakfast was very good! Kids love the pool & waterslide… that’s a plus. Staff is polite & friendly! I give a special thanks to Sonjay; he was very helpful, friendly, kind, & always pleasant & we were always greeted with a a friendly welcoming smile. On the day we left I even gave him a hug, and I think him for everything. You need to hire more people like Sanjay. He is pretty amazing.

Breakfast was good .we stayed 3 days and the first morning they didn't have eggs the next two days of our stay they had eggs for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The front desk personnel was exceptionally well trained. Her demeanor was the best I’ve seen. She handled herself with pose and calmness. She was by herself but moved all of us swiftly to our rooms.

The hot breakfast bar was a plus so that we didn’t have to eat at McDonalds, the bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious. The night clerk was friendly and helpful and he offered to cancel a future reservation that I had mistakenly booked online instead of for that night.
